Sanctum Mind and Body Retreat at Minthis

Mental resilience is the key to combatting stress and fatigue.

That is why our mind and body retreat combines spa journeys with meditation and yoga sessions, curated discussions and tips on improving overall resilience.

Minthis yoga studio provides the ideal setting for grounding meditation that will help you build lasting connections with nature. By distancing yourself  from the relentless stimuli and stresses of contemporary urban life, you can create space in your mind and rebalance it with your body to achieve a greater sense of serenity.

 

DAY 1
13:00 – 13:30
Welcome and check-in at the Minthis Resort reception desk.

15:00 – 16:30
We meet for our yoga session of the day: an introduction to restorative yoga, suitable for everyone. Stretching and calming exercises will eectively relax and relieve tension, setting the tone for your complete retreat experience.

Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the Minthis Spa facilities, choosing what your body feels drawn to at the moment. Enjoy a few laps in the indoor pool, the sequence of our thermal area and hydro pool, or your chosen spa treatment, or you might choose to simply
sit back and read a book in the tranquil setting of the resort.

20:00
To round o the first day, freshen up and prepare for a wonderful candle-lit dinner. Start your meal with our tasty homemade soup, followed by a self-served main dish, accompanied by aromatic herbal tea or your beverage of choice.

DAY 2
7:30 – 9:00
Our yoga instructor will be waiting for you at the Minthis Spa reception. The focus today is on vinyasa flow, a 60-minute energizing yoga experience based on a continuous sequence of movements and postures that activate the whole body.

9:30
The Minthis team will be ready and waiting to serve you a wholesome breakfast at the Clubhouse Restaurant. Choose either a cooked breakfast or light and refreshing fresh fruit and cereals for your first meal of the day. The spa facilities are at your disposal, while our
therapists are on hand to recommend personalized treatments or oer advice and suggestions to sustain the benefits of your retreat experience long after you leave.

13:30 – 15:00
Lunch is served at the Clubhouse Restaurant, where the Minthis team has prepared a choice of delicious healthy options to satisfy individual preferences.

Departure
It may be time to leave, but hopefully this brief retreat will inspire you to continue on your personal path to overall mind and body wellness.
